At Suspension Hub, we aim to get your suspension parts to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping and delivery details below.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days – R180 flat rate.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before payment.

Delivery Areas

• We currently ship to within South Africa only.

• For large or heavy items, additional shipping fees may apply; these will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
